From the old Northern French word for “Garden,” Gardin Bistro and Patisserie is All In’s newest addition to Bali’s continually rising Seminyak area. With a Middle-Aged, gothic, European style building design surrounded by lush, tropical plants and greenery; one can’t help but be mesmerized by its beauty. The main dining area is intimate and cozy, while the glasshouse and outdoor-seated areas are romantic and sensual with a crystal clear view of the sky during the day and the moon and stars at night.
The International Cuisine Menu is the work of Executive Chef Tommy Rook from Lincolnshire, England, who has previously worked as Head Chef at a 3 Rosette Restaurant in the UK that won Restaurant of the Year in 2012. His goal at Gardin was to “mix classic Balinese and Indonesian cuisine with international techniques and styles using as much local produce as possible”.
Special items on the menu include the Red Snapper Fillet (fish with coconut rice roll and Balinese spices), Escargot (with garlic butter and homemade toasted sourdough bread) and Lamb Rack (with potato gratin, sautéed asparagus and roast garlic sauce). The dessert collection is one of the largest in Bali, with 33 unique, mouth-watering items to choose from including a number of different mousses, crème brûlées, and all of the classic favorites. As for libations, Gardin Bistro & Patisserie boasts an impressive collection of over 50 top shelf, premium bottles of all types of alcoholand wine along with Signature Cocktails, Champagne Cocktails, Flavored Martinis, Frozen drinks, Pitchers, Mocktails, and Healthy drink options.
